1 cup sugar
1/4 cup molasses
1 egg
1/2 teaspoon vanilla
2 cups flour
2 teaspoons baking soda
1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
1/2 teaspoon ground cloves
1/2 teaspoon ground ginger
1/2 teaspoon salt
2. Add flour, baking soda, cinnamon, cloves, ginger, and salt. Mix on LOW speed until blended.
3. Spread in an ungreased 15x10x1-inch baking pan. Bake at 375°F for 12 minutes or until lightly browned. Do not overbake. Cool on a wire rack before cutting.
