4 14 oz. (414mL) cans cannellini beans, rinsed, drained
1 large onion, chopped using Hamilton Beach® Big Mouth® Food Processor
4 garlic cloves, chopped using Hamilton Beach® Big Mouth® Food Processor
2 tablespoons (30mL) extra virgin olive oil
1 teaspoon (5mL) salt
1 teaspoon (5mL) freshly ground pepper
1 teaspoon (5mL) dried rosemary, crumbled OR 2 sprigs fresh rosemary
1 teaspoon (5mL) crushed red pepper
1 cup (237mL) water
Sprigs of fresh rosemary or parsley for garnish
- Add all ingredients to Hamilton Beach® Stay or Go™ Slow Cooker and stir to combine.
- Cook on HIGH for 3 hours or LOW for 5 hours.

Garlic Crostini
Prep Time: 10 Minutes
Cooking Time: 8 Minutes
1-2 thin French baguette loaves, sliced
2 garlic cloves, peeled, sliced in half
2 tablespoons (30mL) extra virgin olive oil
- Heat oven to 400°F (204°C).
- Rub top of each baguette slice with garlic cloves and place on baking sheet.
- Drizzle with olive oil and bake for 5-8 minutes until golden brown. Let cool.

Can be made earlier in the day and frozen for future use if desired.
