Returns Policy:
Online purchases can be returned within 14 days of receipt of product.  Products may be returned providing that they are in new and unused condition, with all original packaging, accessories, instructions, etc.  Purchaser is responsible for shipping and handling charges on returned products.  If product is received defective or damaged in transit please contact Canadian Customer Service for return authorization.  Please allow 7-10 business days for a refund to be processed.

To return a product, you will need to email Canadian Customer service at orders@hamiltonbeach.ca.  Please include your name, phone number, order number, and reason for the return.  Only merchandise purchased at hamiltonbeach.ca can be returned.

Payment Details:
All prices are stated in Canadian dollars and are subject to applicable federal and provincial taxes.  Payment options include Visa and Mastercard.

Shipping and Handling: 
Shipping is only available within Canada and will take approximately 5-10 business days depending on location. A signature will be required at time of delivery.  Unfortunately product cannot be shipped to PO Box addresses.
